The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities, such as airport shuttle, ski pass vendor, and a well-equipped fitness center. There were plenty of options for dining, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and a snack bar. The food was delicious, and there were even vegetarian and vegan options available.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the extensive outdoor activities available nearby, such as skiing and snowboarding. the hotel offered a variety of Christmas-themed events that made it feel festive. the food was decent and there were vegetarian options available.

We enjoyed the decent food quality served at the restaurant, and the breakfast was good as well. the spa facilities were above average, and it was great to have direct access. the bed was comfortable and there were bathrobes available.

The overall outdated decor and lack of cleanliness in some areas, such as the pool, was disappointing.

Great food, delicious and with a wide variety to choose from. The spa facilities were enjoyable, with saunas and a pleasant exterior. The location was perfect, only a short distance to the ski resort. The staff was always friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns.

The breakfast and dinner areas, although large, were often crowded and had little atmosphere. The dated rooms and balconies were not well-maintained and some of the furniture was old and scratched.
